We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 60-day return window, beginning the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Tags must still be attached
  • You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

✨ Please note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if:

  • An item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Anything seems off

We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (like food or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (like beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order separately after your return is accepted

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed.

The item must still be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund
